("CercaLabs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the BookCover platform, including this demonstration portal and the interactive demos accessible through it (collectively, the "Services"). The interactive demos provided through this portal use simulated, illustrative data only. They do not contain or expose real member protected health information (PHI). Any member names, plan details, claims, and prescriptions shown in the demos are fictitious and used solely for demonstration purposes.
We collect information you provide and information generated automatically as you use the Services.
When you register for demo access, we collect your name, work email address, mobile phone number, company or organization name, job title, and a description of your business type. We also collect the verification code you enter to confirm your identity, and any information you share when you contact us.
We record access activity related to your account — including registration events, verified sign-ins, and which demos you open, along with the associated date and time. We may also collect standard technical information such as browser type and device characteristics.

The demo portal uses your browser's local storage to remember your registration, maintain your signed-in session, and record demo access activity on your device. This information is stored in your browser. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings; doing so will remove your saved session and require you to register or sign in again.
This demonstration portal does not collect, process, or display real health information. The data shown in the demos is fictitious and for illustration only.
In production deployments of BookCover, member health information is provided by and remains under the control of the health plan. In those engagements, CercaLabs acts as a business associate to the health plan and handles protected health information in accordance with the applicable Business Associate Agreement and governing law. This portal is not used to transmit real protected health information.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We may retain demo access logs to understand usage and maintain the security of the Services.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to request a copy of it. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
